Refund and Return Policy:
At Selnotes, your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide you with high-quality educational materials. As digital products are non-refundable, we encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. However, if the digital product you receive is significantly different from what was described or appears to be misleading, please contact our customer support team at support@selnotes.com. We are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring a positive experience on our platform.
In the event of a dispute or dissatisfaction, Selnotes may mediate between buyers and vendors to help find a satisfactory resolution. Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the purchase date, as requests made after this period will not be accepted. Please note that, as all products on Selnotes are digital, refunds may not always be possible. However, we are committed to reviewing each case within the stated timeframe to ensure fair outcomes for all parties.
Intellectual Property:
Selnotes respects intellectual property rights and expects our vendors and users to do the same. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the products they list on our platform do not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Buyers are granted a license to use the purchased digital products for personal and non-commercial purposes.
By using Selnotes‘s services, vendors grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and display their products for the purpose of promoting the marketplace.
Prohibited Activities:
While using Selnotes, you agree not to engage in any activities that are illegal, unethical, or violate our community guidelines. This includes but is not limited to:
- Posting or selling offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform.
Selnotes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in such activities and to remove listings or content that violate our policies.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Protection:
Selnotes is committed to upholding copyright and intellectual property rights. We strictly prohibit the listing and sale of digital products that infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the products they upload to Selnotes are original and do not violate the rights of others.
To prevent the distribution of unauthorized materials, Selnotes employs advanced technology and content identification mechanisms. In the event that a vendor’s listing is identified as potentially infringing upon the rights of others, the vendor will receive a warning and the listing may be temporarily suspended pending review.
If a vendor continues to list or sell products that violate copyright or intellectual property rights after receiving a warning, their account may be suspended, and they may be permanently banned from the Selnotes platform.
It is important to note that while Selnotes takes proactive measures to identify and address potential copyright violations, we rely on the cooperation of copyright holders and publishers. If a copyright holder or publisher notifies us of a potential infringement, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.
Withdrawal Request Requirement
- Vendors on the Selnotes platform can request a withdrawal of their earnings when their account balance reaches the defined withdrawal limit, which is currently set at 1 United States Dollars for vendors. This withdrawal limit may be subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to vendors through platform notifications or email.
Withdrawal Process
- To initiate a withdrawal of their earnings, vendors must submit a formal withdrawal request through the designated withdrawal process provided on the Platform. Selnotes will only process withdrawals upon receiving a valid withdrawal request from the vendor.
Vendor Initiated Withdrawals
- It is essential to note that vendors will not automatically receive their earnings from Selnotes without initiating a withdrawal request. Even if a vendor accumulates a sufficient account balance to meet the withdrawal limit, Selnotes will not transfer funds to the vendor without an explicit withdrawal request.
Timing of Withdrawals
- Upon receiving a valid withdrawal request from a vendor, Selnotes will process the withdrawal in a timely manner. The time required for processing may vary, and vendors are encouraged to review the Platform for estimated processing times.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
- By continuing to use the Selnotes platform, vendors acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Amendment regarding the withdrawal of their earnings. Vendors are responsible for monitoring their account balance and initiating withdrawal requests when they meet the specified withdrawal limit.
Protection of Vendor Earnings
Selnotes values the earnings of our vendors and is committed to ensuring the safety and security of these funds. In the event that a vendor does not request a withdrawal despite accumulating earnings on their account, we want to reassure vendors that their funds will remain safe and secure within their Selnotes account.
Inactive Account Balances
- If a vendor’s account remains inactive, meaning the vendor has not initiated any transactions or withdrawal requests, and their balance surpasses the defined withdrawal limit, Selnotes will continue to safeguard the funds within the vendor’s account.
Protection of Vendor Earnings
- Rest assured, vendor earnings are never forfeited or subject to expiration due to account inactivity. Selnotes will not access or utilize the vendor’s earnings for any purpose other than facilitating transactions or processing withdrawals initiated by the vendor.
Vendor’s Control
- It is essential to emphasize that the vendor retains full control over their account balance and can request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the withdrawal limit defined in our Terms and Conditions.
Communication and Notifications
- Selnotes may periodically send reminders to vendors with inactive account balances, encouraging them to review their earnings and consider initiating a withdrawal when they meet the specified withdrawal limit.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
- By using the Selnotes platform, vendors acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this addition regarding the protection of their earnings in inactive accounts.
- Vendors are reminded that any material uploaded to Selnotes must be owned by them or used with proper authorization from the copyright owner. If a vendor wishes to sell materials that are not their own, they must obtain explicit permission from the material’s owner and provide the necessary documentation. To facilitate this process, vendors must fill out the permission form available HERE and submit it along with the product upload.
Please be aware that Selnotes is not responsible for the actions of individual vendors and users. If a copyright holder or publisher chooses to pursue legal action against a vendor for copyright infringement, Selnotes will cooperate fully with the investigation and legal process.
By using Selnotes platform, vendors agree to abide by these copyright and intellectual property protection measures and to promptly address any concerns related to copyright infringement.
